The focus of this powerful documentary is a heretofore little-known story of resistance at Auschwitz, as told by thirteen survivors. The inmates succeeded in destroying Crematorium #4 by smuggling gun powder from a nearby munitions factory. Through the cooperation of the Auschwitz Museum archives, previously unavailable footage is featured here for the very first time. Filmed on location by the award-winning team of Ted Kay and Allen Secher. Narrated by Ellen Burstyn.
